1 cup skim milk
1/2 a banana, frozen without peel
1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter, smooth style
This naughty-and-nice smoothie recipe tastes like it's high in calories, but it's only 160 for the whole glass! Sweet, silky and completely satisfying.
