Ingredients


1 Bunch Fresh Asparagus Steamed
3 Fresh Beets Steamed
1 Half Cauliflower
1 # Swiss Chard Wilted in Sautee Pan
.5 C Black Olives Sliced
1 Pt Grape Tomato
5 C Fresh Spinach

Vinaigrette
Juice & Zest From one Lemon & One Lime
1 C Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Grill 4- 5 Oz, Chicken Breast

Toss all Vegetables in Vinaigrette; Plate salad, and top with Chicken Breast.
