Homemade Granola Bars



1 cup nut butter 
1 cup honey
2-3 cups oatmeal
1 cup dried fruit

Melt in microwave for 1 minute. Then, add 2-3 cups oatmeal (mix with half the amount of your favorite cereal for a new twist!). Add 1 cup dried fruit and then mix in your choice of the following options: shredded coconut, mixed nuts, flaxseeds, wheat germ, shredded carrots, or broccoli slaw, slivered almonds, mini chocolate chips/M & M’s, pretzels, sunflower seeds, or popcorn. Press into 9” x 13” pan.  (These bars freeze well!)
