Basil-Rosemary Marinade
RETURN TO FOOD & DRINKIngredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 finely diced green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Combine all the ingredients together and then pat into a meat and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. Note that this recipe works exceptionally well with your steak dishes.
