Strawberry Chicken



Strawberry Sauce:

1 PT Fresh Strawberries Medium, Diced                    
1 Sprig Thyme

1 quart water

.75 C Splenda

1 small onion, diced

2 T cornstarch (1 cup cold water - slurry)


Strawberry Salsa:

Small Dice 1 pint strawberries, half small red onion, and .5 C Italian parsley.


4- 5 oz. Chicken Breast, salt and pepper, grill to proper temperature

In Sauce Pan over med heat, add all sauce ingredients; bring to a rolling boil (except for corn starch and water). After sauce boils for 10 min, remove, strain, and add slurry.

Grill Chicken, top with sauce and salsa.
